HAWTHORN BERRIES

LAVENDER FINE AOC

Lavender Fine Pure Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia, steam distilled, AOC) has long been considered the wonder oil of essential oils because of its versatility. Lavender's cool, mellow, peaceful fragrance has traditionally been used for its balancing effects and soothing properties. Lavender is good for all skin types, even sensitive skin, and can be used undiluted topically.

LB EXTRACT

LB Extract® [Intestinal] is formulated to meet the nutritional needs of the intestinal system. Historically, many Native American tribes used cascara sagrada bark for its laxative effect. Senna and buckthorn have similar properties and encourage bowel movement. Psyllium adds bulk to the stool and encourages proper elimination. Licorice helps support the respiratory tract and digestive function. Other herbs add important nutritional elements.

LB Extract is similar to LB-X capsules and LBS II Vegitabs, but it's easier to take. Liquid extracts are rapidly absorbed and highly concentrated.

LEMON BIO

Lemon Bio Pure Essential Oil (Citrus limon, cold pressed, organic) has a bright aroma that is stimulating, refreshing and clean. Its toning and soothing actions are helpful to condition the skin, including oily skin. Do not apply topically prior to sun exposure; can irritate skin. Not for use during pregnancy.

LOBELIA

Lobelia [Respiratory] herb possesses many properties that make it valuable to the respiratory system. One of its key constituents, lobeline, is thought to act in a way similar to nicotine. Each capsule of NSP Lobelia herb contains 375 mg lobelia. Lobelia Essence contains 44–47 percent alcohol, glycerin and apple cider vinegar. It can be added to baths or used in external cosmetic preparations.

MASTER GLAND

Massage Oil [Skin] is a light, non-greasy massage and body oil featuring a blend of unscented apricot kernel oil, sweet almond oil, hazelnut oil, borage oil and vitamin E. NSP Massage Oil is high in essential fatty acids and is nourishing to the skin. Use it alone or as a carrier oil for NSP's 100 percent pure essential oils.
Dilute 7–15 drops of essential oil per tablespoon of massage oil. Use liberally on desired areas.

All the above comes in a base of Chinese herbs: peony root, dong quai root, bupleurum root, hoelen plant, atractylodes rhizome, codonopsis root, alisma bark, licorice root, magnolia bark, ginger root, peppermint leaves, moutan root, gardenia fruit, and cyperus rhizome.

Take four capsules with a meal three times daily during the last 10 days of the menstrual cycle (i.e. 10 days before the onset of menstruation).

MSM [Structural, Circulatory], or methylsulfonylmethane, is a naturally occurring organic form of dietary sulfur needed by our bodies (in and around cells) every day to maintain the structure of proteins, protect cells and cell membranes, replenish the connections between cells and preserve the molecular framework of connective tissue. In addition, MSM supports circulation, scavenges free radicals and supports proper intestinal function.

Take 2 tablets with a meal three times daily to supply your body with the recommended 4.5 g per day. For best results, add Vitamin C/Citrus Bioflavonoids or Timed-Release Vitamin C to your MSM regimen.
